Autumnal Fasolada (Black eyed Bean Soup)

1 package of black eyed Beans  (400gr)
3 Carrots slices
3 Fresh Onions
2 Onions Dried
2 Green Peppers
50gr Semi-dried Tomatoes
1 liter Vegetable broth
1 handful of Rosemary
Salt, Pepper

4-5 tbsp Organic extra virgin olive oil (NIKOLAOUFAMILY) https://www.nikolaoufamily.gr/

Soak the beans for 8-9 hours. The next day wash them, boil for 20 minutes, strain and rinse them.  In a saucepan, add the olive oil and sauté for 2 minutes the fresh and dried onions and then the rest of the ingredients except the peppers and carrots (add 10 minutes before remove food from heat ). Let the food boil for about 30 minutes.
