Peas with organic soy mince

Ingredients

400g fresh or frozen Peas

200g organic soy mince
2 chopped onions
3 cloves of garlic

400g juice made of cherry tomatoes

3 red peppers

2 bay leaves
Salt, pepper, smoked paprika, turmeric 
3 allspice berries
Ceylon cinnamon
1 handful of chopped parsley
Olive oil

 

Method

Let the soy mince be soaked for 10 minutes into the water and then rinse it. In a pan sauté the mince along with onions and garlics for 10 minutes. Add the juice from the cherry tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients (except peas and parsley) and let simmer for about 35-40 minutes until the liquids are absorbed (add some boiled water if needed) . Ten minutes before remove food from the heating , add the peas.
Finally, garnish with chopped parsley and stir contantly.
