Board Beans with spinach

1500g board beans  with the skin 

2 chopped dry onions

3 chopped fresh onions

400gr chopped spinach

1 handful of dill

Juice from a lemon

Olive oil

Salt, pepper


Remove the peel from board beans by splitting them and slipping out the beans. Wash them out and saute olive oil  for few minutes with fresh and dry onions. Pour some lukewarm water,salt,pepper and simmer for about 45 minutes. Add the spinach 10 minutes before remove the pot from the heat . Finally add lemon juice and dill and stir.
