Marias velvety soup

1 large onion
1 medium sweet potato
1 clove of garlic
2 bunch cauliflowers (about 2 cups)
500 g orange pumpkin cleaned and cut into cubes
3 tbsp millet organic
1 g. fresh ginger, cut into washers
1tsp. turmeric
4 tbsp of olive oil


In a saucepan with oil, sauté the onion, sweet potato and mushrooms for 2 minutes.
Add the rest as well as the spices and fill the pot with water (cover our materials and 1 finger extra).
Boil for about 25 minutes. If necessary add water.
Pulp and prepare the velvety soup.
