Giant white beans with spinach in the oven

500gr. Giants
3 chopped onions
1 leek finely chopped
2 red peppers cut
500gr. juice from ripe tomatoes
2 carrots in cubes
400g spinach washed and chopped
1/2 bunch of dill
Salt, pepper, some cayenne pepper and turmeric
Olive oil

Soak the giant beans in water for about 10 hours and boil for 45 minutes. In a frying pan, sauté the onions with carrots and leeks for 3 minutes. In a baking pan, pour the giants, sautéed onions, carrots, leeks, tomato juice, peppers and sprinkle with salt and the rest of the spices. Stir all the ingredients together and add olive oil with some water. Leave the food in the oven for about 75 minutes at 200 degrees. About 20-25 minutes before we close the food, add the spinach, when the food is ready, sprinkle it with the finely chopped dill.
