My Green soup

Ingredients
400g of broccoli
2 zucchini cut into cubes
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of peas
3 fresh onions finely chopped
1 chopped leek
1 tablespoons of grated ginger
1/2 bunch of chopped parsley
Salt, pepper, turmeric
Juice of 2 lemons
1 cup of nutritional yeast
3 tablespoons of olive oil


Method
In a saucepan, sauté olive oil with onions, leek, zucchini and peas for 4-5 minutes. Add the broccoli, spinach and ginger together with 1 liter of water and allow boiling for another 20 minutes. When remove it from the fire, add salt, pepper and turmeric and mix it. Then mix the mixture either in the blender or with a stick to make it like a cream. After finish this process, add the juice from the lemons together with the salt and the nutritional yeast and stir. Serve the warm soup and add chopped parsley to the dish.
