2 lettuces
2 bunch of fresh onions
1 dry onion
1 bunch of  chopped dill

1 chopped leek
1 kg of  white mushrooms
4 tbsp of organic buckwheat
Salt, Pepper

2 tbsp corn flower

Juice from 2 lemons

5 tbsp of olive oil

Chop the fresh onions, onion, leek and mushrooms and sauté in a saucepan with olive oil for about 5 minutes. Chop the lettuce and put it into the pot. Add salt, pepper, buckwheat and hot water (1L) to cover all the ingredients and boil about 30 minutes. In a bowl add 2 tbsp corn flower with some juice from soup, stir constantly and put into saucepan (make soup creamy). At the end add the dill and juice of lemon along with salt and pepper.
