Muffins with vegan Greek feta and red peppers

400g Organic Soy Yogurt
400g Wholemeal flour or alternatively wholemeal flour
200g Vegan Greek Feta, hand grated 
2 tbsp. ground flaxseed (dissolved in 4tbsp of water)
1/2 Red pepper, cut into small cubes
1tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp black pepper
10 tbsp Olive oil
Mix gently with a spoon to combine all ingredients into a bowl.
Fill the muffins liners with 1 tablespoon of the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
Use non/stick cupcake tray  for 12 large muffins.
