Whole-grain leaf <phyllo-filo>
1 kg of various greens (White beets, spinach, nettle, )
3 leeks
3 finely chopped fresh onions
1 bunch of finely chopped dill
Salt Pepper
4-5 tbsp buckwheat or groats
1 cup of olive oil

We cut thoroughly and wash the greens, leeks, fresh onions. Then finely chop it, add a little salt and squeeze it well. Put them in a large bowl, add the dill, a little salt, pepper, olive oil and mix very well. Grease large baking pan and lay 3 leaves- phyllos (also oiled with a brush). Empty the whole mixture from the bowl along with the buckwheat or groats, sprinkling with a little salt and pepper. Finally, spread the remaining 3 leaves, sprinkling them with olive oil and cutting the pie in pieces. Once the pie is ready to get into the oven, add the sesame to the top of the pie. Bake for 45-55 minutes (depending on the crust we want) at 180 degrees.
