Bruschetta with tomatoes and basil

2 tomatoes
5 slices of bread (preferably baguette)
2 cloves of garlic
Fresh basil finely chopped
Olive oil
Salt Pepper
1tbsp balsamic vinegar


Put the slices on the bread (with some oil) in the oven for 5 minutes around 180 ° degrees. Cut the tomatoes in cubes, removing the fruits and the juice as much as possible. In a bowl, add the tomatoes, olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, thyme and vinegar while stirring and letting it sit for 10 minutes. When take the bread out the oven, cut the garlic in the middle and from the inside we begin to rub on the capsized bread slice. Finally, share the mixture from the bowl onto the slices.
